Job Description:

The Delivery Lead – Lean Program Management is a hands-on Project Manager who can operate effectively within a Lean Program Management environment with minimal ramp-up and limited supervision. The role requires demonstrated experience in structured problem solving, project governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within an operations-driven setting. 

The Delivery Lead brings practical experience leading cross‑functional initiatives, developing and managing project plans, driving timelines, and supporting business transformation efforts from problem definition through implementation and control. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, operations teams, and support functions to translate business issues into actionable workstreams, monitor delivery, and sustain results. 

The Delivery Lead independently supports Lean Program Management priorities, including project structuring, documentation, governance cadence, action and risk tracking, benefits realization, and stakeholder follow‑through. The role demands a disciplined, data‑driven approach and the ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles in day‑to‑day execution. 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Project structuring, documentation, governance cadence, action tracking, risk management, benefits tracking, and stakeholder follow-through  

  • Managing project plans, driving timelines, and supporting business transformation efforts from problem definition through implementation and control  

  • Translating business problems into actionable workstreams, tracking delivery, and sustaining results  

  • Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong ownership and follow-through  

  • Collaborating with business leaders, operations teams, and support functions  

  • Providing executive updates, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring cross-functional coordination  

  • Maintaining structure, speed, and control while working in ambiguous environments  

  • Applying Lean Six Sigma fundamentals in day-to-day execution
