The Polymer Candle Operator - Fabrication, DF Skid & Trolley Assembly and Testing is responsible for supporting current manufacturing operations and future expansion of Polymer Candle fabrication, including in-house assembly, bubble testing, and packing. This position is critical for ensuring smooth production flow, product quality, and compliance with safety and process standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

This position reports to the Sr. Production Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing Operation, located in Pune and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Core Manufacturing Execution: Performs precise assembly of polymer candles and related components as per SOP. Executes bubble testing to validate product integrity and prevent defects.
• Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with stringent quality standards through in-process and final inspections in collaboration with quality team. Maintains accurate documentation for traceability and audits.
• Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Follows Standard Work, KANBAN, and 5S principles to maintain lean manufacturing and reduce waste. Provides feedback from the shop floor to support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• EHS Compliance: Handles material movement and bubble testing with strict adherence to safety protocols. Proactively identifies and communicates potential risks to prevent unsafe practices. Support for implementation sustainability actions in cell.
• On-Time Delivery & Operational Efficiency: Ensures uninterrupted workflow through efficient material handling and timely execution of tasks. Directly contributes to meeting customer delivery commitments.

This role is a key enabler for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining good manufacturing standards.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Diploma with 7 yrs of experience in shop floor or ITI Fitter with min 10 yrs of experience
• Experience of Engraving and Etching of Housing
• Experience of Assembly and Fabrication work
• Experience of Factory acceptance testing
• Experience for integrity testing
