Job Summary: 
 

The Specialist – People Success (AI Adoption & Automation) is responsible for driving both strategy and execution of AI and automation initiatives across HR functions. His role focuses on improving efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience by implementing AI-driven tools, workflow automation, and intelligent integrations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and HR operations. 
 
The role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions using platforms like Workday and n8n, and lead change management and adoption across teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role? 

AI Strategy & HR Automation 

  • Define and execute AI and automation strategy for HR processes aligned with business goals 
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, manual HR workflows 
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled and automated HR solutions

HR Process Automation  

  • Automate workflows across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and HR operations 
  • Implement RPA, workflow automation, and system integrations to improve turnaround time and accuracy 
  • Standardize and optimize HR processes using AI-driven solutions 
     

Tools, Platforms & Integrations 

  • Configure and manage automation workflows using n8n 
  • Leverage Workday AI capabilities for recruitment, employee data management, and reporting 
  • Integrate HRIS, ATS, payroll, and third-party tools to enable seamless data flow.

AI-enabled Recruitment & Onboarding 

  • Support AI-based resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication 
  • Automate onboarding activities such as system access, documentation, and task assignments 

HR Chatbots & Self-Service 

  • Design or support AI/chatbot solutions for employee queries (HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave) 
  • Improve HR self-service adoption and reduce manual HR support workload. 

Data, Insights & Impact Measurement 

  • Track KPIs to measure automation effectiveness and process improvement 
  • Use HR data and AI insights to support decision-making and workforce planning. 

Change Management & Training 

  • Drive adoption of AI tools through structured change management initiatives 
  • Train HR teams and stakeholders on new AI and automation solutions 
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and best practices for sustained adoption 

Compliance & Data Security 

  • Ensure AI and automation solutions comply with data privacy, security, and internal governance standards 
  • Support audits and risk assessments related to HR systems and automation 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, TA, HR Ops, IT, and vendors 
  • Translate business needs into scalable AI and automation solutions 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field 
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, automation, analytics, or HR technology roles 
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) 
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, RPA platforms) 
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management) 
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools 
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset 
  • Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools (ATS, chatbots, predictive analytics) 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting for automation 
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder training 
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills 
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
