The Digital Marketing & Web Content Coordinator supports the Web Manager and Director of Digital Engagement by optimizing Dayton Children’s web content, supporting SEO initiatives, and assisting with paid digital marketing campaigns. This role ensures digital content aligns with brand standards, improves search visibility, and supports organizational marketing goals through collaboration, project management, and cross-functional coordination. The position will lead or support digital projects, acting as a liaison among marketing, clinical, and technical teams to deliver timely, effective solutions.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in a digital marketing, web content, or related role
Skills/Competencies:
- Proficiency with CMS, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital campaign metrics.
- Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to digital trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in a digital marketing role for a healthcare organization or system
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and UTM tagging.
- Healthcare marketing experience
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
