Job Details:
Reporting to a Foundation Manager or Director, the Foundation Associate is an integral member of the foundation team with primary responsibilities in support of annual giving campaigns and strategic initiatives. This individual is responsible for coordinating third-party, community, and corporate fundraisers, serving as a liaison to partners and stakeholders, and supporting the implementation and execution of the annual giving campaign. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of donor engagement strategies, cultivating and stewarding relationships to ensure long-term viability. The position also requires management of a small donor/sponsor prospect portfolio.

Education
Required Experience
- 0-2+ years of experience in marketing, communication, project management, collaboration, and volunteerism
- Excel, attention to detail, ability to learn constituent database, creative skills for producing community facing materials, and willingness to meet face to face with community partners
Preferred Experience
- 2-3+ years specializing in fundraising, fund management, gift processing, donor and sponsor acquisition, face to face meetings, presentations, and strategic thinking
- Experience in annual gift fundraising, volunteer management, proficiency with constituent databases, public speaking, problem solving, and adaptability
