Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate current IT systems (network, software) to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholder e.g. department head and IT teams to define system needs and propose solutions.
• Design and document system specifications, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making for system enhancements.
• Support the implementation and integration of new systems in collaboration with the IT team.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate systems to ensure performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users to ensure proper adoption of new systems.
• Ensure system implementation is completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor and maintain system quality, standards, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system analysis, software development, project management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with high responsibility and results orientation.

Skills / Knowledge

• Programming Languages: Web applications, Angular .NET, Java, JavaScript, Java Spring Boot.
• Databases: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
