Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems to detect and respond to faults and service incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunications, data, and voice services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex network problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, Telecommunication  Engineering, Computer  Engineering, or related field
• 0-3 years working experience in telecommunications systems, or IT networking.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic programming skills in Python or Java are a plus.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents and resolutions.
