Summary
We are looking for a Team Leader - Planner/Scheduler at our Water Resource Recovery Facility who will provide QA/QC on work completed including monitoring performance and timely completeness while planning and arranging activities related to equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant reliability. This role is primarily responsible for preparing work packages for every planned maintenance activity inclusive of repetitive maintenance PM and CM work kits.Job Responsibilities
Generate work orders as well as improving the processing and completion of preventative, predictive and reactive work order requests.
•Coordinate plant shutdowns to execute all essential schedules and guide the least amount of production downtime based on criticality and facility needs
•Support compliance to any Lean Manufacturing goals and objectives such as 5S: Sort, Shine, Sweep, Standardize, Sustain
•Train team members
•Computerized maintenance management systems or asset management systems
•Fluid understanding of work performed by various skilled trades
•Spreadsheet, word processing, MS office, and email systems
•Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing computer applications
•Analyze data, generate spreadsheets, provide innovative solutions!
•Generate graphs and charts to communicate data visually to partners
•Use Business Intelligence programs to extract data from the database
•Develop new measures for monitoring and improving maintenance activities as necessary.
•Analyze data ensuring resources are being efficiently used and goals are being met
•Complete modifications to our (CMMS) system as necessary to accommodate operations, build entries for new equipment, modify existing equipment entries, modify work schedule in the system and keep work backlog in check

Environmental Working Requirements
This position requires the ability to work in all conditions involving exposure to outside elements and seasonal weather. Work will be in an office or field environment, at remote sites or locations within the GLWA Service Area.
