Responsibilities
Wage: $24/hour
Full-time and part-time positions available
Day/Evening/Night shifts available

Location: Delta Airlines Boston Logan Airport
We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our aircraft cleaning team!
Clean aircraft between flights to create a clean and comfortable flying experience for passengers.
Responsibilities
Clean aircraft according to the quality and safety standards of the customer and HHS.
Provide direction to cleaning agents on the proper use of equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Oversee cleaning tasks to ensure an acceptable level of quality is delivered to the customer.
Interpret and communicate any items in question in company manuals or policies to cleaning agents.
Assist with hands-on training for cleaning agents.
Provide feedback to supervisors and managers regarding team member counseling or corrective action.
Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for customers, their aircraft, and team members.
Skills
Strong communication skills to converse professionally with customers and team members.
Strong leadership skills in the workplace.
Ability to provide hands-on training.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
At least a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
Six months of experience in aircraft cleaning is preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.
Must be certified to complete and able to perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) duties.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
Willing to work outside in all types of weather and in elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
