Summary
Responsible for leading and executing the company's business development initiatives and strategic alliance partnerships in the electronics industry. Develops and implements mid to long-term growth strategies through strategic partnerships, M&A activities, and new business opportunities. Builds and maintains relationships with key industry partners, customers, and stakeholders to drive business expansion and competitive advantage.What You'll Do
Lead the strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives, including market analysis, opportunity identification, partner evaluation, and deal structuring.
Develop and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with key players in the semiconductor and electronics industry to enhance competitive positioning and market access.
Identify, evaluate, and execute merger and acquisition opportunities, including due diligence, negotiation, integration planning, and post-merger integration management.
Create mid to long-term (3-5 years) business development strategies aligned with Division and organizational objectives to drive sustainable growth.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry associations, in both Japanese and English-speaking markets.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across sales, supply chain, operations, accounting, and other key functions.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the semiconductor and electronics sectors.
Negotiate and structure complex business agreements, including joint ventures, licensing agreements, distribution partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
