Compensation is $16/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendar
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
  • Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
  • Perform light cleaning and general office upkeep
  • Assist with filing and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred
  • Billing experience in an office setting preferred
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
  • Strong customer service skills are a must
  • Proficient in office software and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
