Opportunity with Cushman & Wakefield | Fire & Safety Officers– Gurgaon

Experience: 3–10 Years

• Ensure operational readiness and maintenance of fire pumps, firefighting systems, and safety equipment
• Monitor smoke ventilation, pressurization, and exhaust systems for proper functioning •
• Conduct evacuation drills and implement emergency response plans •
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and fit-out inspections •
• Supervise security staff, manage traffic flow, and conduct fire safety training •
• Perform regular inspection of emergency exits, hydrants, sprinkler systems, and safety infrastructure •
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and audit records • Participate in HSE meetings, incident investigations, and safety audits •
• Drive safety awareness and enforce OH&S standards across teams •
• Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions and practices

Education: B.Tech/ BSC in Fire or NFSC Diploma from Nagpur
