Responsibilities
Proven Cooking Experience: Experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook is essential with high volume experience, bulk cooking experience
Professional Kitchen Environment: Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment is highly preferred
Proficiency in various cooking methods (sautéing, grilling, baking), knife skills, and food preparation is critical.
The ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a team, along with clear communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, especially during peak hours.
The ability to remain calm and perform tasks accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A focus on accuracy, speed, and maintaining food quality standards.
Food Safety & Sanitation: A thorough understanding of food safety rules, proper storage, and sanitation regulations.
Kitchen Equipment: Familiarity with and the ability to use common kitchen equipment. blender food processor mixers ovens etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
Stamina: The physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Lifting: The capacity to lift and carry materials, often up to 30 or 50 pounds.
Flexibility: The ability to bend, stretch, and perform various kitchen tasks throughout a shift.
At least 2 years of verifiable work experience in a professional kitchen.
Culinary degree preferred but not required.

The anticipated compensation range is
15.00 - 29.00 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
