Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Business management
Develop and implement strategic account plans using global resources, with differentiated approaches to the business needs in PD & manufacturing stages
Sales management
Utilize scientific account management methodology in the team to build up close connection with targeted accounts (local mature commercialized clients and MNCs).
Customer management
Build up strong c-suite level customer relationship to create a feasible business context.
Resource Management
Leverage global/local resources and process to support customers' business development, then enhance the business coherence with customers.
Build, manage and develop an efficient team via inspiring and leading the team in achieving business objectives.
