We are seeking an experienced and clinically strong Outcomes Nurse (RN) to support our high-volume PCI/Cath Lab program, which is the highest volume program in Massachusetts.
This role focuses on our STEMI population and plays a critical part in driving quality outcomes, data accuracy, and performance improvement initiatives.
This is a key addition to an established and highly experienced outcomes team led by expert nursing leadership. The ideal candidate will bring cardiology knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data and collaboration.

SCHEDULE:
Full-Time, 40-hours per week
Monday-Friday, business hours with some flexibility
Hybrid work: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
