Part-Time Appointment Setter (Louisville, KY)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: On-site in Louisville, KY

About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and dependable Appointment Setter to join our Diversified Health Services team. In this part-time position, you'll be responsible for cold calling prospective customers to set appointments for our in-house agents. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in their work.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Schedule appointments for our in-house sales agents

• Effectively engage with customers over the phone

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

• Sit and work at a desk for extended periods (80%+ of the time)

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in an outbound call center preferred

• Comfortable making cold calls — not afraid to pick up the phone

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
