About the Role
As a Workday Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing Human Capital Analytics and PSA solutions for a global consulting firm. You’ll leverage your Workday technical skills to streamline workflows, implement integrations, and deliver standardized dashboard metrics for Delivery Operations and Leadership. This role will work to deliver well-designed, integrated, and user-friendly solutions that automate / streamline HCM/PSA processes and ensure data integrity to support the rapidly scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a partner supporting designated areas in Workday ( Core HR, Talent, Resource Management, Time Tracking, PSA, Staffing, etc.)
Provide consultation to Delivery focused business partners, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday
Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
Assist in testing of integrations, security, annual events
Maintain master data values in Workday (ex: Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations)
Provide input and knowledge sharing with Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and end-users as appropriate
Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen
Stay current with Workday Community, training, and industry trends
Education & Experience
Minimum 8 years of HCM / PSA Workday experience in professional services
Workday experience in Integrations and Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, BIRT) required
Experience with Integrations with Salesforce preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of consulting operations and experience in employee data management
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional colleagues and IT
Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Strong HR and/or PSA acumen and technical aptitude in data management and analysis
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and exercise discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
