The Salvation Army (Salvos) Youth Services encompasses a range of programs for vulnerable young people, their families, and the community. Our services have a strong focus on prevention and early intervention and enable access to safe accommodation options, Holistic case management, community outreach programs and programs that teach vital independent living skills. About the role
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of case managers delivering high-quality support to young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, ensuring services are aligned with the Journey to Independence Model and Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) framework. Working across our refuge in St Kilda and supporting case managers in their outreach support across the Inner and Middle South regions of Melbourne, you will drive service excellence through strong leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based on-site in St Kilda, VIC.
Conditions
Compensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 6.
