Your role
As a Sales Administrator/CX coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process. You are responsible for processing customer orders accurately and on time, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, acting as an essential link between customers and internal stakeholders.

Who are you?
✔ You have experience in customer service and/or export
✔ You have strong organizational and planning skills

✔ You are native Dutch have a good command of English
✔ You are familiar with ERP systems and IT tools
✔ You are flexible and solution-oriented
