Step into a role where creativity meets purpose. As a 3D Artist and Animator, you will bring our medical technologies to life, transforming complex ideas into visually striking, photorealistic stories that educate, inspire and engage. Working at the intersection of art, science and innovation, you will play a key role in shaping how surgeons and patients understand our products around the world.

What will you be doing?

You will own the full 3D production journey, from first concept through to final delivery, crafting high quality models, animations and visual assets that showcase the innovation behind our products. Your work will span detailed anatomical modelling, surgical technique animations and dynamic marketing content that captures attention across digital channels.

Day to day, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product design and marketing teams, translating CAD data into compelling visuals while maintaining consistency across all product lines. You will immerse yourself in understanding surgical procedures, sometimes observing them, to ensure every detail is accurate and meaningful. As you build storyboards into finished animations, you will connect ideas across teams and proactively anticipate creative needs, ensuring every asset aligns with our brand and storytelling vision.

What will you need to be successful?

In this role, success comes from blending artistic instinct with technical precision, while staying organised in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You will bring:

Strong experience with industry leading 3D software such as Maya, Blender, Cinema4D, Modo or Houdini, combined with excellent animation and rendering skills
A solid understanding of human anatomy and the ability to create accurate, high quality medical visuals and textures
A portfolio and showreel that demonstrate your ability to turn complex concepts into visually compelling stories
The ability to manage multiple projects independently, collaborate across teams and maintain structured workflows within a regulated environment
