What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage customer relations processes and team training

• Partner with the GM to develop improvement plans and drive performance

• Maintain accurate customer data to support engagement and retention

• Stay up to date on product details, pricing, promotions, and campaigns

• Boost appointments and satisfaction through inbound/outbound communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service or call center leadership experience (automotive preferred)

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Clear communication, phone, and computer abilities

• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
