About the Role

For a temporary 3-month assignment, we are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure a smooth and reliable user experience across the organization.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for end-user support, system installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient IT processes. You will work closely with both local users and global IT teams to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient use of global IT systems and solutions

  • Provide support for computers, laptops, peripherals, and end-user devices

  • Install, configure, and test hardware and software systems

  • Train and onboard new system user groups

  • Maintain and update technical documentation

  • Monitor and support data protection and system/network security

  • Coordinate with local IT vendors and external suppliers

  • Participate in IT-related projects and system improvements

  • Ensure reliable day-to-day functionality of end-user systems
     

What You Bring

  • Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT support experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and user support

  • Service-minded attitude with strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience working in an international or global IT environment is a plus
