The Business Development Manager (Global Markets) will be a key member of the Global Distribution Team, a dedicated, global function responsible for help support and execute on AXIS Insurance’s business plans and overall strategy,
enhancing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving strategic engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Distribution (Global Markets) this role will work closely with the Global Markets Leadership Team and
Underwriting Business Unit Leaders, aligning strategy, engagement, and connectivity, to support AXIS’ go to market strategy, value
propositions, branding, marketing, and social media platforms to elevate AXIS’ brand in the London Market.
The successful candidate will be proactive in building relationships with Brokers, Producers and Client Executives, connecting contacts to
appropriate AXIS resources, and engaging across AXIS globally in a collaborative manner – in order to develop new business opportunities and support our global trading relationships. The ideal candidate will support and enhance our broker relationships to deliver profitable growth.

In this role, you will typically be required to:
Be in the office 3 days per week
Be available for evening events
Undertake occasional pre-arranged overseas travel
