Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Pastry Cook III to join our Culinary team. This role supports the Pastry operation by preparing high‑quality desserts and baked goods that reflect Four Seasons standards of excellence. The Pastry Cook III plays an important role in delivering consistent quality, supporting daily production, and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
What You Will Do
Prepare pastry and dessert items of consistent quality according to guest orders, banquet event orders, and established recipes
Complete mise en place and station setup for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
Prepare items in advance while ensuring production aligns with forecasted needs
Operate and properly clean kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, food processors, dough sheeters, and related tools
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards, including proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control
Minimize waste by monitoring pars, rotating product, and returning unused items to designated storage
Work collaboratively and professionally with culinary team members and leadership
What You Bring
Minimum one year of culinary or related kitchen experience
Basic pastry and culinary knowledge with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
Strong work ethic with a passion for quality and consistency
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Authorization to work in the United States

This is a full‑time role.
As our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
