◆Project Area:
ADx (Advanced driving technologies, including autonomous driving and ADAS)

◆Job Responsibilities

• Integrate suppliers into projects and optimize QCDI (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Innovation)
• Ensure that all sourcing decisions comply with the segment strategy
• Act as a Project Buyer (Mass Production Buyer), responsible for supplier selection, cost improvement, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle

◆Business Travel
Occasional travel required for supplier-related activities

◆Compensation & Team Structure

• Annual salary: up to JPY 8 million
  ※Negotiable depending on skills and experience
• Team structure: Organization of 5-10 members(Average age: late 30s)
  ※The team values strong collaboration and open, flat communication, where members feel comfortable sharing opinions

◆Required Qualifications

• Japanese: Business level (primarily used for internal communication)
• English: Business level (used externally, including supplier communication)
• Engineering background in electronic components
• 3-5 years of purchasing/procurement experience

◆Ideal Candidate Profile

• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Resilient under pressure and able to enjoy the responsibilities of this role
• Background in electrical or electronic engineering
• Knowledge and experience with electronic components, with a strong interest in pursuing a career as a buyer
• Experience in product development, followed by experience as a buyer
