Responsibilities

About the Position:

• Participates in functional analysis and treatment sessions for assigned persons served, following specific instructions.
• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to assigned persons served within the specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.
• Provides leadership and supervision to staff and manages Program site operations in absence of Program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field with a minimum of 6 months work experience in a behavioral stabilization unit.
• Valid driver’s license required in incumbent’s legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions.
• Minimum 18 years of age required.
