Overview

Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. High School diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Prior Management experience preferred. Experience in Security preferred, preferably in a casino setting.
  • Previous experience with scheduling, interviewing and training.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office software systems (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration issued by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Responsibilities

- Coordinates the scheduling needs of all 3 shifts from Security as well as for CCS.   Works to optimize overall scheduling needs are met, mandatory posts are covered, while still monitoring for efficiency.  - Works with HR to ensure all necessary efforts are being employed to recruit and hire. Participates in interviews whenever possible along with other members of Security management.   - Works with Security Trainer to schedule training and ensure all required trainings are administered to all team members for Security and CCCS.   - Works with Compliance Director to ensure all company required Compliance Training is up to date for all Security and CCS.   - Monitors Time and Attendance for Security and CCS.   Makes recommendations based on needs to minimize required overtime.   - Manages Personnel Files, Disciplinary Actions, ensures progressive discipline documentation is maintained and up to date.    - Liaison between Security Management and CCS Management. - Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations. - Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values. - Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. - Other duties as assigned.
