Responsibilities:
Responsible for the evaluation, treatment, progression, and discharge planning of patients throughout the hospital. Responsible for the overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of professional and supportive staff and students in the physical therapy department/facility.
Performs patient assessment prior to initiation or renewal of therapy
Provides care to the patient
Responsible for preparation and submitting of department/facility reports, assuring confidentiality of all records
