Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Execute and publish content across websites, email marketing, and CRM.
• Manage digital channels using CMS, personalisation tools, and content calendars.
• Optimize the customer journey through UX, CRO, and QA processes.
• Coordinate localised roadmaps for customer value enhancements.
• Provide insights through weekly and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail & ability to multitask and pivot on priorities.
• Passionate about collaboration, teamwork but able working independently & work towards deadlines.
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce.
• Demonstratable experience and knowledge of CMS and troubleshooting web issues.
