Overview
Subaru Park is looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated General Workers to join our team as a full time employee here on campus. We are excited to add someone with elite knowledge in all aspects pertaining to the daily upkeep/cleaning of a facility.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50-$18.50

This position will remain open until November 7, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Venue Management Policies and Procedures
- Assist with daily task to prepare for games(cleaning restrooms,suites, training facility etc.)
- Supervise the game day staff as well as the post game crew
- Communicate “assigned task” status with the Sr. Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator
- Maintain a clean and organized supply closets
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with all facets of the daily operation here on the campus
- Must ensure all staff are "safely" performing daily cleaning/operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned by Sr. Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of supervisory principles, with emphasis in working with & training a “casual” staff
- Ability to climb stairs and lift 25 lbs., unaided
- 2-4 yrs experience in housekeeping/general cleaning procedures
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended number of consecutive days.
- Ability to supervise a group of workers(from 4 up to 30 workers at a time)
