Overview

The Team Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to assure excellent delivery of clinical care to agency's patients and staff at Catholic Health Home Care.

 

The Team Assistant's role is crucial to the functioning of the teams, serving as the front line response to calls directed to the team and the efficient management of these calls.

•  Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Job Details

Our Team Assistants:

• Coordination of paper flow, data entry of documentation and communication with patients, physicians and staff.
• Assure delivery of clinical care for the patient and staff of a given interdisciplinary group, coordination of the paper flow, data entry of documentation and communication with patients, physicians and staff.
• Strong Communication
• Must be able to Prioritize and Multitask

 

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills
• Prior scheduling experience
• Ability to compile and analyze data for drafting and generating reports  
• Minimum two years office experience, preferably in a health care environment
• Excellent organizational/ communication skills; customer service skills
• Experience utilizing an Electronics Medical System, preferably EPIC and Allscripts
• Associate's or Bachelor's Strongly Preferred.

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $31.00 /Hr.
