Toyota of North Austin is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center & Rental Department Agent to our Service team.

Primary responsibilities:

• Set service appointments for our customers
• Set up rental vehicles for service customers
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email
• Exceed customer expectations and team goals

Here are a few things that we are looking for in the BDC Customer Service Agent role:

• Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Have a strong desire to succeed and advance
• Have a positive "solution oriented" attitude
• Someone who prioritizes growth
• Goal oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Someone looking for a positive work environment
• Automotive/Call center/receptionist experience is preferred. 
• Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus.
