Job Summary:
Train and guide managers in support of consistent employee documentation and discipline standards, ensuring adherence to park-wide practices, established company policy & procedure, State and Federal Law, and National Park Service standards.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: March - November
Pay: $22.65-$30.65/hr depending on experience and location placedSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Provide confidential, tactful support and guidance to employees at all levels, ensuring timely resolution of personnel issues.
Conduct and monitor corrective or disciplinary actions consistently in line with company policy.
Lead or assist in investigations of sensitive matters such as harassment or discrimination, ensuring lawful, thorough, and timely handling.
Assess situations to determine when escalation is necessary, involving the correct HR or Operations contacts promptly.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee and investigation files while ensuring proper documentation sharing with HR.
Partner with managers to address employee issues, improve training, and strengthen performance management practices.
Monitor turnover trends, support retention efforts, and facilitate fair and compliant terminations when required.
Promote process improvement, employee engagement, and effective communication across departments and locations.
