We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Director of Operational Excellence for a full-time position.
The Director of Operational Excellence provides operational leadership for the agency’s performance improvement, quality and process optimization initiatives across home care and hospice services. This position drives the culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, LEAN methodology, and change management principles to enhance the quality of care, operational efficiency and organizational performance.
Salary: 135,000.00 - 150,000.00 commensurate with experience
