The City of Pueblo is looking for candidates with strong clerical and customer service skills to be out next Office Assistant! As an Office Assistant, you’ll provide reception/ front counter, explain procedures to citizens, and accepting documents. You’ll also answer a multi-line telephone and direct callers to the appropriate party and learn, interpret, and explain City of Pueblo and department policies and procedures. Additionally, you’ll use a computer system to prepare letters, reports, and other correspondence, enter data into spreadsheets and scan and archive documentation.
