The role

Inside Sales Leader (gn)

Location: Romandie | Employment type: Full-time | Permanent

 

As the Inside Sales Leader, you will drive the success of our inside sales team by fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, team management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 

 

  • Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve revenue and performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and expand relationships with key executives and decision-makers across customer accounts and territories.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to create and execute account plans that maximize opportunities and generate sales activity.
  • Oversee day-to-day customer and partner requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends through ongoing training and engagement with software publishers.
  • Monitor and achieve quality benchmarks, including credit memo targets and proactive renewals.

What we need to see from you

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and organizational planning.
  • Experience in sales or customer service; prior leadership experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects and break them into actionable tasks.
  • Solid understanding of technology solutions and Microsoft licensing programs.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
