SoftwareOne Hong Kong is now seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and collaborating with sales and global marketing teams to achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, events, and digital platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Support eMarketing initiatives through content updates, proofreading, and optimizing user experience for web and digital assets.
• Execute internal and external communication strategies, including press releases, media outreach, and compelling brand messaging.
• Coordinate marketing events and activities, managing logistics, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution.
• Design and update marketing collateral using graphic tools, while prioritizing projects and delivering results with superior organizational skills.

What we need to see from you

• BA/BS Required
• Prefer 3-5 years of total marketing experience
• Superior oral and written communication skills; Copywriting experience is preferred
• Good negotiation skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving abilities and detail oriented
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Adobe family (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
