Multicultural Advisor
This position primarily advises, mentors, and coaches BYU multicultural students in academic, financial, cultural, and social needs. This position utilizes and assesses learning outcomes to direct student advisement. The advisor identifies student needs in order to assist them in successfully transitioning to BYU, to connect them to critical support resources and to engage them in extracurricular opportunities that help them achieve the Aims of a BYU education.
Note: This is a part-time position (28) hours per week.

This position comes with fantastic benefits, including:
Pay Grade: 52
Typical Starting Pay: $31.50 - $40.75
The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work-related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.
