About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Specialist Quality Assurance Analyst to help shape and drive the Quality Assurance vision within Innocap’s Quality Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will lead QA strategy and delivery across enterprise applications, data platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑quality releases.

As a senior QA leader, you will partner closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Data teams, champion a strong quality mindset, and enable Agile delivery through robust testing practices, automation, and responsible adoption of AI to improve quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end QA strategy, planning, and execution across releases and initiatives.
  • Define, implement, and enforce QA standards, test strategies, and quality gates across teams.
  • Lead and oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Drive and evolve the test automation strategy across:
    • UI
    • APIs
    • Backend services
    • Data validation and pipeline testing
  • Ensure requirements and user stories are testable, well‑defined, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness.
  • Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers across manual, automation, data, and AI‑enabled testing practices.
  • Champion quality as a shared responsibility across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Drive responsible adoption of AI to improve QA efficiency, coverage, and insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including experience leading QA teams or QA strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Hands‑on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience testing data‑intensive systems, integrations, or analytics platforms, including:
    • Data pipelines
    • Reports and reconciliations
    • System integrations
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop QA talent.

AI & Innovation Capabilities

  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Rovo, and AI‑enabled testing platforms.
  • Leverage AI to:
    • Accelerate test case generation and test planning
    • Support impact analysis and test coverage analysis
    • Prioritize regression suites using requirements, user stories, and historical defects
  • Apply AI‑assisted tools to improve QA reporting and insights, while ensuring human validation and governance.
  • Ability to use AI responsibly to improve QA efficiency without compromising quality or control.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience testing cloud‑based platforms and working in DevOps environments.
  • Exposure to BFSI / financial services domain.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
