As the Talent and Culture Senior Advisor you will play a critical role in supporting employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor law, and best practices, while partnering closely with the Europe Head of Talent and Culture on employee relations matters.
As a member of the regional Talent & Culture team, you will collaborate with managers to enhance performance, develop talent, and strengthen team effectiveness across multiple countries. You will support end‑to‑end HR processes, ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations.
With a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, you will anticipate challenges, recommend effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a wide range of HR-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance on company policies, labor law compliance, and HR best practices.
- Lead or support talent acquisition activities to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Support the resolution of employee relations matters in close cooperation with the Regional Talent & Culture Head.
- Partner with leaders on talent reviews and performance management cycles, promoting fair processes, strong coaching behaviors, and high-quality goal setting.
- Enable managers to foster a positive employee experience, engagement, and team wellbeing.
- Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, including change management, workforce planning, team dynamics, and transformation initiatives.
- Identify issues early and proactively develop solutions to address challenges before they escalate.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
- Oversee personnel administration, including employment agreements, assignment letters, benefits, leave management, and other employment-related documentation.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases to ensure accurate, timely employee information.
- Oversee the effective use of HR data, such as turnover and engagement metrics, ensuring insights are translated into meaningful actions.
- Identify HR trends and proactively recommend improvements to processes, tools, and employee experiences.
Skills & Competencies
- 7+ years of experience in HR Generalist/Lead/Business Partner roles in international organizations
- Excellent English comprehension, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage workflows, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes under time pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.
- High integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Familiarity with employment regulations in Poland, Ireland, UK and/or Abu Dhabi.
- Prior involvement in HR process design, continuous improvement, or HR transformation projects.
- Experience in managing HR vendors and external partners (e.g. payroll, benefits, HR services).
- Exposure to setting up or supporting new entities or international offices.
- Experience in overseeing a small team.
- Ability and/or experience to lead training workshops.
