Summary
Manages production plans and continuous improvement projects. Oversees production lines to meet customer requirements. Promotes a disciplined operational culture and develops improvement strategies to support business objectives. Works cross-functionally to plan, execute, and sustain process improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Main Activities

• Ensure proper operation of production lines and compliance with the established production plan.
• Meet performance metrics.
• Drive competitiveness and participation in “Best Line of the Month” initiatives.
• Provide strong internal and external customer service.
• Ensure on-time shipments according to production schedules.
• Produce with quality and efficiency, achieving established targets.
• Continuously monitor and audit personnel performance; understand individual results and take action on low performance.
• Maintain order and control in the work area (6S), including raw material organization, no cables on the floor, and proper identification.
• Enforce discipline among production staff, including punctual attendance and ensuring employees remain at their workstation until scheduled breaks.
  • Follow the quality policy and apply internal work regulations in cases of repeated issues due to excessive defects.
• Ensure proper use of process controls, visual aids, procedures, and IDOs:
  a) Understand them.
  b) Ensure all personnel understand and strictly follow them.
  c) Ensure their application in the production area and take corrective actions if not followed.
• Ensure timely release of production orders within the schedule.
• Deliver high-quality products.
• Identify and document risks related to machinery and equipment.
• Maintain low operating costs and high efficiency.

Experience / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in operations management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods.
• Project management experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Understanding of production standards.
• Customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of IATF standards.

Language Skills

• English proficiency: Intermediate.
