Hiring and Training Mentor Team: 

Become an integral part of the global team that mentors, trains, and positively impacts our future (and current!) Field Staff by teaching the hard skills and soft skills of the job so they can be successful with guests & co-leaders, and contribute to our community in a positive way. This position will help to level up your mentorship and leadership, personally and professionally, and make an even bigger impact in our community and to our guest experience.

We will be hiring for two roles on this team, H&T Mentor & H&T Support:

• H&T Mentor: This role involves mentoring or supporting New Field Staff Trainings (NLT/TPS), based on availability, and/or taking a group of mentees in the field. You will receive Mentor Training and attend Weekly Mentor Calls during the season.

• H&T Support: This role involves supporting New Field Staff Trainings (NLT/TPS), based on availability, and may or may not take on a group of mentees in the field. This role is designed as a ramp to the Mentor role and is a great way to get involved in the program and learn from fellow mentors along the way. You will receive Mentor Training and attend Weekly Mentor Calls during the season.
