Senior HR Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior HR Administrator to join our team in Poland. In this role, you will handle operational HR administration across multiple countries, reporting directly to the Head of HR in Switzerland, with the opportunity to contribute to HR projects. This position is ideal for someone with several years of HR experience in international environments. 

What you’ll do 

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, references, certificates, and HR data in Workday. 

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and HR colleagues. 

  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing. 

  • Support time tracking in Workday: data corrections, troubleshooting, and employee queries. 

  • Drive recurring HR activities such as pulse surveys and annual HR processes. 

  • Support recruitment throughout the hiring and onboarding process. 

  • Lead improvements and digitalization of HR operations, especially in Workday. 

What you bring 

  • Several years of HR experience in an international environment. 

  • Solid knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and cross-country HR processes. 

  • Proactive, independent working style with strong service orientation. 

  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and motivated to improve HR processes. 

  • Experience with Workday. 

  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
