We’re seeking a results-driven IT & Security Manager to join our technology team, working closely with our internal departments to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations. Leveraging modern cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and automation, you’ll optimize internal systems, manage infrastructure, and support our teams in achieving their goals, building on our strong track record of operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
Manage our Office IT environment: Office 365 tenant administration with email, productivity tools, and collaboration apps, security tools for device management (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender).
Software & Tools Administration: Manage internal software, SaaS tools, licenses, and integrations to support productivity and processes.
Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, manage access controls, backups, and incident response, ensuring adherence to GDPR, ISO 27001, or other relevant regulations.
IT Support & Operations: Lead internal IT support, define SLAs, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding for employees.
IT Strategy: Execute internal IT strategy aligned with business goals, plan budgets, and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Mentor IT staff or manage vendors, drive continuous improvement, and work with departments like Engineering, HR, and Finance to align technology with business needs.
What you bring:
8+ years' experience in a similar position, ideally in an international software or technology company.
Proven experience leading IT teams and managing cross-functional projects in multi-site or international environments.
Strong technical expertise in networks, servers, cloud platform Microsoft Azure (Certifications preferred), virtualization, and SaaS administration.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2), and business continuity planning.
Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business objectives, manage budgets, and optimize operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, able to work with technical and non-technical teams globally.
Proactive, results-driven, adaptable to fast-changing environments, with hands-on problem-solving experience and a focus on internal customer satisfaction.
Fluent English.
