The Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader will be responsible for attending MER 231 - 01 every time that the course meets during winter 26. The SI Leader will also be responsible for planning and facilitating two 50 - minutes weekly review sessions for the winter 26 term.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend MER 231 - 01 every time that the course meets.

• Actively take notes and model positive student behaviors in the classroom while the Professor is teaching.

• Plan and facilitate two weekly 50 - minute review sessions for the duration of the term.

• Must complete all required training prior to the start of week 2. This may entail remote training.

• Must attend one meeting with the Director of Student Success every other week and one weekly meeting with the Professor teaching the course.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed and earned an A/A- in MER 231.

• Must have completed 3 terms at Union.

• Mist have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA at Union.
