About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to support construction supervision activities for a major infrastructure project involving roads, tunnels, and bridges.

This opportunity is part of a project currently at the EOI stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project planning schedules and progress tracking systems
• Monitor project progress against the Programme of Works (PoW)
• Support data analysis, resource allocation, and performance tracking
• Identify delays and propose corrective actions and recovery plans
• Ensure alignment of project activities with overall objectives and timelines
• Prepare regular planning and progress reports

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Planning Specialist or related engineering discipline
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in project planning roles
• Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Strong skills in data analysis, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Good understanding of project controls and reporting systems
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
