The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, office management, and administrative duties at our headquarters. As a vital member of the management team, this role ensures the efficient operation of the office, fostering a professional and productive environment. The Business Office Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact and coordination to maintain seamless day-to-day office functionality.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

‎ 

  • Generate reports as needed and requested
  • Handle all front desk duties, answer phone, greet visitors 
  • Provide information over the phone to internal or external inquiries
  • Sort and distribute mail, send faxes, makes copies as needed 
  • Order and maintain supplies for the office
  • Facilitate office upkeep and oversee maintenance, decorate for holidays & in house celebrations
  • Update team calendars as needed
  • Arrange meetings and schedule appointments
  • Report Data entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
