We’re growing at our busy nib Glendale centre and are looking for experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in both Permanent Full-Time and Casual positions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, fast-paced clinic offering a full range of treatments — from general dentistry through to complex surgical procedures. We’re looking for confident all-rounders who enjoy variety across chairside assisting, reception and sterilisation.

Our Opportunity

Permanent Full-Time Role

  • Monday to Friday roster

  • Consistent weekday hours

  • Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing organisation

Casual Role

  • Flexible casual shifts available

  • Weekday shifts: 8:15am – 5:15pm

  • Weekend shifts: 8:15am – 3:15pm

  • Great option for flexibility and additional penalty rates

Our Glendale clinic is a busy 6-chair practice with a strong patient base and supportive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures

  • Supporting surgical and advanced treatment workflows

  • Sterilisation and infection control

  • Reception support including bookings, phones and patient check-in

  • Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians

  • Delivering high-quality patient care in a busy clinic environment

About You

  • Previous Dental Assistant experience essential

  • Comfortable across chairside, reception and sterilisation duties

  • Confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Strong understanding of infection control and compliance standards

  • Reliable, professional and team-focused

  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
