Responsibilities:
- Develop yearly IMC marketing and brand communication strategy including budget allocation and connection plan for core products campaigns.
- Lead the development of local campaigns to drive local relevance and connection.
- Manage marketing campaigns through comprehensive executions, including day-to-day communication calendar set-up, PR/ Social & Digital/ Event/ Media plan and execution, and retail channel synergy.
- Analyze and review achievement level on a regular basis to measure effectiveness and identify business chance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to execute business strategy, brand building and products communications plan.
- Consolidate market forecasts and analyze business plan.
- Lead excellent executions across internal teams & external agencies, overview team operation and facilitate growth of team members.
- Collaborate with HQ marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of global strategy.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, PR or related disciplines.
- 4 years relevant experience in Product marketing /Digital Marketing, preferably from FMCG, beauty or retail industry.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, creative and good beauty sense.
- Familiarize with marketing trend, competitor analysis and consumer insight findings.
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, project management, organization skills and multi-task to be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Mass Media and Social Media knowledge.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing is a must
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English
