The Strategic Response Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Strategic Response team in coordinating Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and process execution. This role plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses by entering data, maintaining templates and libraries, and coordinating submission activities across teams. This role will require strong attention to detail skills. This role may work with cross-functional internal teams to address business or systems project work.

To be qualified for this position you:
• 3+ years of experience in data entry
• Prior experience in the U.S. healthcare industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
You will be:
• Accurately entering, formatting, and maintaining Request For Proposal (RFP) and questionnaire content within internal systems and templates.
• Assisting with managing and updating the content library.
• Coordinating with cross functional teams to track progress on open items and following-up when needed to ensure deadlines are met.
• Supporting timeline tracking and milestone reminders to ensure timely proposal submission.
• Ensuring consistent accuracy, consistency, and compliance when work is submitted.
• Archiving completed RFPs and maintaining documentation for future reference and audit readiness.
• Contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and response quality.
Video Camera Usage:
Availity fosters a collaborative and open culture where communication and engagement are central to our success. As a remote first company, we are also camera-first and provide all associates with camera/video capability to simulate the office environment. Having cameras on helps create a more connected, interactive, and productive environment, allowing teams to communicate more effectively and build stronger working relationships. The usage of cameras also enhances security and protects sensitive company information. Video participation is required to ensure that only authorized personnel are present in meetings and to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, preventing social engineering, or the sharing of confidential information with non-participants.
